CUSTOMER CARE STAFF :

• Male, maximum age 27 years old
• Minimum Diploma (D3)
• Having experience in banking industry especially in customer care or handling complaint at least on the last 3 years
• Good interpersonal skill, discipline, high initiative, able to work in a team as well as individually
• Good English communication skill
• Having knowledge about Syariah Banking is a plus

REMITTANCE OFFICER :

• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Minimum S1 (Bachelor Degree)
• Experienced in banking industry min. 5 years, especially in Remittance Department
• Good English communication skill, managerial skill and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge about the SOP of Remittance
• Able to work in a team as well as individually

FINANCIAL INSTITUTION FINANCING REVIEWER :

• Male/female with maximum age 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree (S1) in any field Preferably experienced in Banking Industry especially for corporate financing marketing or corporate financing reviewer/analyst (min. 5 years)
• Good knowledge of Syariah Banking
• Good English communication skill, managerial skill and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a team as well as individually

TRADE FINANCE OFFICER :

• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree (S1) in any field Exerienced,in banking industry at least for 5 years, especially in Export Import Dept. for 3 years.
• Good knowledge and understanding about SOP of Export-Import and its report, the process and flow of work about trade finance
• Good English communication skill, managerial skill and interpersonal skills
